Justin has more than 15 years of practical accounting and business experience, both in the private and public sector, as well as experience working in the finance sector and accounting in the health sector.
Initially Justin spent the first 10 years of his career working within his father’s practice, Target Accounting which gave a very good grounding as the practice covered a wide range of clients and services. Wanting to gain more corporate experience Justin spent 3 years working within the Government sector before crossing back to the private sector finishing up as a commercial manager within the finance industry. Realising there was an opportunity to establish his own accounting practice, and having obtained the most enjoyment working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, Taieri Consultancy Limited was formed.
Taieri Consultancy continues to work alongside Target Accounting, still owned and operated by Frank Stent, who has over 40 years of both commercial and personal accounting experience.
Frank currently provides services from South Dunedin to clients as far away as Christchurch and the upper South Island. 
Frank commenced his career with AMP and obtaining Associateship status of both the Australian and New Zealand institutes of Finance and Insurance, followed by a tertiary education and 15 years as South Island accountant for Fletcher Construction, including 4 years as a project administration manager in the Caroline Islands.
Frank brings a strong practical accounting experience base to working with clients from all sectors, businesses and sizes including motels and restaurants, construction related activities, mining, hospitality, health, education and property.
A variety of strong, modern accounting software systems are in place which are compatible with the majority of clients’ needs
